There are specific reasons why the University of Idaho, for all its merits, does not rank as highly as Harvard in academic comparisons."

	Campbell Brown of CNN: "As a journalist, my job is to get the truth, understand who [Sarah Palin] is, what she's about, whether she's qualified to be vice president. . . . CBS.com writes: The wall around Sarah Palin and the lack of access to her are "more restrictive rules on access than even President Bush uses in the White House." Michael Goldfarb of the McCain campaign says: ""I know the media is throwing a temper tantrum about this [lack of access to Sarah Palin]. But [Sarah] was so beat up the first week when she came on, and this campaign has had fraught relations with the media ever since." Sue Maluka of ZTV: "Palin is in the enviable position of not needing to make sense to appeal to her base. Her presence is enough. Many viewers will go to bed deeply alarmed. Others will be satisfied that McCain has made the right choice."
