Rachel Foster writes: "She needs to go back to school and study geography, history, political science, etc. I think is is shameful to have a VP or potential President with such an IQ. She would bring this country down. Shame on Sarah and those dumb idiots who would vote for her."

Public Enemy writes: "Sarah, why don't you stick to what you know, which is nothing. But perhaps bad-mouthing Sara will get more people to vote for her rather than Obama. Perhaps we should all leave Sarah."

Col. Lou Sanders writes: "You folks do not fool me. This is one more outlet for liberal Arianna Stassinopoulos/ Arianna Huffington. She's the brains and money behind this and so many other liberal websites and blogs. I guess Ms. Huffington needs something to do with her ex-husband's money after failing to get elected as governor of California. Your main writer on this site is Athina Simonidou, right? Arianna Stassinopoulos, also Greek, right? You people are so full of bs."

Mary Lyons writes: "I sure do hope we don't have to listen to Palin's whiny voice much longer!"

Kim Keaton writes: "Sarah Palin is a reason for women in America to celebrate. This is the greatest event for women since suffrage. She is awesome and will make a great V.P. She and John Mc Cain will put country first and work for the American people. Go McCain-Palin!"

Betsy writes: "Palin makes me seriously nauseated! If I have to hear that annoying voice or see her face again - I may pull my hair out! McCain lost my respect."

Bob writes: "I served in the U. S. Air Force for 4 years during the Viet Nam war. I did my patriotic duty. I respect John McCain and his service to our country but he is not the right person to lead our country. Neither is Sarah Palin. We need a person as president who will get our friends back. We have no friends left in the world. Only beggars who want our money. Thanks to Bush we have none to give. This is not the country our founding fathers envisioned. There is too much greed in this country. Our country is in bad shape right now and no one in Washington is doing anything about it. I am a patriot who believes we still live in the best country in the world. Let us hope whoever gets in does the country proud."

Gloria writes: "By now, we all understand that McCain is protecting Sarah Palin from the Press. She flunked the ABC interview with Charles Gibson. Will Katie Couric push Palin on the issues, or will she go soft on Palin? I hope Couric doesn't let Palin off the hook. I don't want to hear about fishing and moose hunting and how she bust up big oil in Alaska. I want to know if Palin is ready for the job of VP."

B.T. Horton writes: "Sarah Palin is a joke as VP. McCain is an even bigger joke for asking her."

Elma writes: "I love the suits Sarah Palin wears. I would like to know where she buys them, or who makes them. She is a breath of fresh air. Keep up the good work!"

Sharon writes: "I am very concerned that the people of the United States will be blind about this person. The excitement over her scares me to death. She says the same things over and over in her speeches. God help us if she becomes the Vice President. What are you thinking voters?"

SpeakOutOnPalin writes: "Please pass along this website www.speakoutonpalin.blogspot.com, a forum for women to discuss gender issues used and misused in this year's presidential election. You will be touched by the video entry of "Grandmother" who describes her very sad experience with an illegal abortion. Thank you."

Richard W. Loehwing writes: "It is rereshing to see the women's groups squirm and try to pick on Sarah Palin. She is what the Doctor ordered."

Jason writes: "The Palin honeymoon is over. With Wall Street crashing, she can forget the dinosaurs, forget the fibs about earmarks and foreign travel. We want to know, does she understand the economy, how is she going to fix it? We don't want Cliff Notes answers, nor will we accept slogans about the single-minded hockey mom. How are McCain-Palin different from the disastrous Bush? Is there more to Palin than small town wisdom, lipstick on a pitbull?"

Texas Liberal writes: "Why do people suspect that because Governor Palin is a member of an Assembly of God church that it makes her somehow strange and dumb? I'm a Pentecostal and I'm voting for Obama."

Anon writes: "I thought you said you would post contributions from both sides? But then again, you also claim the media doesn't have a left wing bias."

Angie writes: "Keep trying not to sound like scared morons who don't look at their own candidates objectively. Good luck; you godless, socialist idiots."

Bob writes: "By now it is obvious that McCain-Palin's maverick status is nothing more than saying whatever is popular for the moment. It was painful watching McCain struggle with questions about Wall Street and banks going belly up. The guy has always been against government regulations. All of a sudden, he's the champion of regulations and billion dollar bail outs."

Maria Lopes writes: "Sarah Palin, don't let nobody discourage you. Go for it! You can do it! Show them that we women can do what men can do. You go girl!"

Kitty McKinney writes: "God help us if this ignorant woman becomes our next VP. If McCain should die in office, we will be left with someone who has no more intelligence than the average American. We need leaders who are above average in intelligence and experience. Who wouldn't want a person with a good grasp of foreign affairs, rather than a moose hunter, to hold public office?"

Tiseas writes: "Liberals are threatened by Palin because she will bring morals back to this country. When people are threatened they will do anything to discredit a person. You liberals are all negative. You guys claim to be loving and tolerant but if someone thinks differently than you, they are stupid and ignorant. I think I know who the stupid and ignorant ones are."

Alicia says: "Sarah Palin is the best thing to happen to this election. She is exactly what this country needs. She has my vote."

Anon writes: "Sarah Palin's line about God's war... I can't shake that that sounds a lot like a view you'd expect of an extreme Muslim?"

Kab Bery writes: "Palin is not the Pitbull in Lipstick she claims she is! Rather, Palin is Dick Cheney in Lip Stick! A pitbull would run from a good battle with the press. Cheney and Palin do run away!"

Ann writes: "I wear "Lipstick", and I vote too."

Peg writes: "Love your site. It confirms so much of what I suspected. I was on the fence between McCain and Obama before McCain picked Palin as his running mate. I am 100% certain I'll be voting for Obama now. Thank heaven my eyes have been opened since then - I really started paying attention to everything both candidates were saying about everything. So I guess Palin was good for something! I just wish people would decide to vote for the right candidate based on the issues, not on race, religion, sex, etc. It's absurd how simple-minded some people still are in this country. It makes me very sad and quite worried, too. I can't wait for a Biden/Palin debate."

Emma James: "Palin wants to go to Washington to shake it up, but what are her qualifications? Other than a brief stint as a beauty queen and radio journalist, she's a politician, just like every other politician who wants to kick butt in the capital. Mayor of Wasilla is a political gig, as is governor of Alaska. How is a politician going to shake up politics? She is so eager to be McCain's sidekick that she ignores her own inexperience. Hockey moms are qualified to drive kids to hockey, not run the country."

Cindy writes: "Get real. This is the Sex In The City generation. We don't care about Sarah Palin's views on Iran. She probably doesn't have any. It is important to know about her red Naughty Monkey shoes and where you can buy them. Don't you understand? This is a woman who looks great without spending thousands of dollars. That's what small town moms want to know. If Sarah Palin can keep it together with five kids, handsome husband, and run a state, she deserves to be vice president."

Amy Jones of Tennessee writes: "As a Democrat, I could care less about Palin. However, I think the democrats and the media are making a mistake to discuss Palin. So what, Americans have different accents and ideas and opinions. This doesn't make people idiots. I'm sick of all the negative ads. After all, we are all americans. I doubt that enemies of the United States care if they kill Democrats or Republicans. All our enemies know, they're killing Americans. Obama needs to let the voters know how he is different from McCain and so does the meda. Please less Palin."

Angela writes: "If you want to understand the evangelical mind of Sarah Palin and her supporters, you have to stop thinking of them as rational, enlightened people. Evangelical beliefs have nothing to do with the historical Jesus or serious reading of Scripture. It has nothing to do with schoalrship. IIt's about transposing hardline conservatism onto the Bible, so that Jesus becomes a CEO, self-help guru, a personal savior, a gay basher, a small town individualist. To evangelicals, the Bible is a rule book of right and wrong, right being conservative, wrong being liberal. Jesus' community building and social message are ignored. The evangelical Jesus is selfish, authoritarian, and power hungry, just like Sarah Palin."

Ross T writes: "What I can't understand is how Republicans (in general) are so wealthy, so stupid and so oblivious. McCain keeps talking about "country first" but by picking Palin, he put politics first. Anything to win and screw the little guy."

Steven writes: "I am one of those elitists that Sarah Palin hates. I will not vote for her because she's a small town philistine who has never read a work of literature, has no depth or intellect, communicates in sound bites and one-liners, and shows now understanding of complexity. It's all so simple to her, right or wrong, black or white. I prefer the keen, honed intellect of Obama. I know he can think, Palin cannot."

John Marr writes: "I praise God for McCain and Palin. Christ has His hands on them.. The ten countries I travel to world wide, I have never seen such Grace. America is selfish, yet doesn't have the obedience Christ is wanting! McCain and Palin will win, and the reason is, this is a moment when Christ will have His will done!"

Gordon Phillips writes: "When the dust settles we'll see that Sarah Palin is a joke candidate, used for her shock and awe effect. Each day that passes reveals her to be a deluded individual, willing to become McCain's vice president on the basis of zero experience. It says a lot about her lack of self-awareness. It says even more about McCain the maverick's lack of judgment. What was he thinking? I guess it's all about winning and nothing else."

Sandy writes: "What Palin proves is that any mom can be a leader. All this stuff about lack of experience is bogus. If there's a crisis, all she needs to do is ask Petraeus, do we nuke 'em or help 'em. End of story. She gets my vote. She Christ's candidate, that's clear."

Judy Golden writes: "I think Sarah Palin is refreshing! She will be an asset to our president. At least she is a Christian American that can and will show respect to our country."

Samantha writes: "Sarah Palin's extreme brand of evangelical conservatism will appeal to the millions of uneducated Walmart Republicans who blame their problems on Arabs, hispanics, African Americans, the Chinese, and goodness knows what else. She is small town America in a nutshell: small-minded, ignorant, evangelical, and bigoted. Where's the love, sister?"

Joe Top Gun writes: "Palin did not say she would go to war against Russia. She said if a NATO country was attacked by Russia, NATO would probably respond as that was the point of NATO."

Guest writes: "She seems to talk about God so much, which is a good thing, but why did she talk so much bull sh-t about Obama during the Republican Convention?"

Bob Dunaway writes: "Senator McCain and Governor Palin have my vote."

Michael Davis writes: "The liberals are just utterly ridiculous. How dare they even compare Obama to Jesus. And how dare they say Governor Palin has extreme views. First, liberals want God and Jesus as far away from government as possible. Second, many would argue that killing an unborn child would be the more extreme view. Liberalism is a mental disorder."

Bill writes: "Rush Limbaugh got it right. Americans don't want women politicians reminding them of the woman they've just divorced. Palin is pitch perfect. She's hot, she dresses well, her views are clear and simple. She doesn't use long words or long sentences. She knows what's right and what's wrong. If you don't like her, you're just a miserable liberal dickweed. We need more God-serving politicians in Washington. They will clean up the place up, stop the waste, introduce prayer in schools, teach kids how to do the right thing. Liberals have ruined this country. Palin is the answer."

Trudy writes: "Sarah Palin is already facing ethical questions over her firing of the Alaska public safety commissioner, and now she faces questions over the firing of a longtime local police chief. She fights with everyone and eliminates anyone that gets in her way. McCain is 72 years old and you have to seriously consider that this LOOSE CANON Palin could become president! Don't let your emotions take over and vote for her because she is a woman. A man in her same situation would not have even been considered by McCain. In fact I doubt that he did a very good background check on her. He didn't even know her. This woman is not good for our already struggling country. Obama has my vote.

Giancarlos writes: "I live in New York, the hood side. Sarah Palin does not come close to any of my views in regards to the the ghetto and the future for it. All I got from her was if you're born poor, you're gonna stay poor, tough luck. It is amazing that someone so secluded from the America millions of us live in can be chosen to be vice president. I'm not Republican but I know there are others more qualified than this moron. If the Republicans win I believe I will leave this country and never come back, because after eight years of this dumbass redneck, I'm not going to stand for four more. That's my word from the streets."

Mary Brown writes: "What is going on with our country? This is so pathetic! Look at the history of all Presidents that were Democrats and Republicans for their performances while in office. I guess everyone is more concerned about throwing punches than about issues such as families being homeless, losing jobs and let's not forget GAS PRICES which continue to rise and Republicans are getting richer. Think now, this country was always rich when Democrats were in office and poor while Republicans were/are in office. Check your history and you will see for yourself."

Dawn writes: "I think Palin is great. She is to the point, not afraid to answer the questions, and hits the nail on the head every time. Above all she puts God first and her family next. She prays about things and has it in order .Who care what Palin wears if she feels comfortable in it. Leave her alone. She looks great, feels great and does one heck of a job."

L. Bridges writes: "Republicans will do anything to win and to maintain the status quo. McCain picked a candidate to win the election not run the country. Those racist like Sean Hannity and Rush L. would vote for a dog before they would see a black person in the presidential office. The Republican party is full of hatred for differences. If McCain is elected may God have mercy on us. Poor people in American be careful what you vote for!"

Veronica writes: "McCain and Palin need to give American women more credit and respect. They think we are going to vote for McCain because of Palin's gender? Palin is not running for president; and clearly she is not ready for president or VP. McCain is using Palin to detract attention from himself and the real issues we care about:  insurance for our family, gas prices and being able to survive! Don't fall for it... we are smarter than they are giving us credit for. Four more years of McCain will be eight more years of Bush Administration."

DJW writes: "Plato was right -- humans exist in a Cave. I cannot believe that this race is close when McCain/Palin are liars and will do anything to get elected. This is not a game people. If they will eie (direct to your face, even when confronted with the facts) you think they will suddenly find integrity and honor when they are elected? For once (in my 50 years) we have a candidate truly worthy of the office - Barack Obama. if we blow this, we deserve whatever we get. (And I'll start looking -- again -- for a job in Canada.)"

Joan writes: "Do we want to elect a vice president, a heart beat away from the president... when she does not believe that global warming is a problem, and not the reason for the ice caps melting? Also a person to look at throwing more money to oil drilling (why not, her hubby works for BP) instead of assigning more insight into alternative energy. Scary concept. America will decide. Please arm yourself with all the facts."

O. Hansen writes: "Please, not another white person who is full of it. There is no God. God is used to justify everyone's hatred."

Laura Williams writes: "I think that McCain and Palin will be the best choice for the White House. I belive that our commander in chief should have served in the military. That means McCain is the only one that is qualified. As for Palin she is great choice for VP because she has great qualities and beliefs."

Justin Smith writes: "This whole website is bogus and crap. It takes what has been said and twists it out of context. What about the crap Obama and Biden pull out of there b--t.?"

Anita writes: "Just read, for the first time, your Athina Simonidou Page, and wow - another liberal outlet. Gosh! Just what we need - another LIBERAL!"

Christy writes: "I will NOT vote for either of them!"

JC writes: "You are idiots. Lets see you write about Obama. You can't even do it. Do you know why? Because he hasn't done anything. Oh yeah community organizing - ha ha."

Cecil Peterson writes: "I even look forward to Sarah Palin being elected as president."

Gary McDonald writes: "Sarah Palin is what America needs to inspire and get the country back to what it has always stood for since it's beginning. She will draw the best out in her cabinet. She stands for what America has always stood for and needs to be in the leadership role in government. Focus should be on removing congressional liberals and less on Sarah Palin."

Luke Manley: "I will never vote for a Democrat again."

Cinda Wood writes: "We are very thankful for you Sarah. Go get um!"

Terry writes: "Palin is scary. She has a small town attitude? Yes, and that too can be scary. She can only see the world from the top of that small town's highest hill. She goes not hold true the idea of a global community. She is not a good candidate for VP. Her lack of experience is obvious in every interview I've watched."

K. Thomas writes: "I think Sarah Palin is scary. Her lack of experience on foreign policy is ridiculous and yet the media is making her seem as if she can go toe to toe with Obama, or Biden for that matter. I don't think so, Mrs Palin."

Kalulay writes: "She does not have a clue right now, but she can be schooled in time and two months isn't enough time. She seems to have an uppity attitude when it comes to her self-beliefs but when it comes to others she talks down to them who are different. Let her go back to Alaska."

Larry Dennison writes: "Very well done!"

Hashen writes: "Palin is a total nut. A war with Russia?, God please help us and keep that crazy Palin away or we'll all cease to exist."

Patty from Ohio: "Go Obama."

Wally Miller writes: "I am very proud of Sara's answers to the questions that were asked her. She is right on target with what she says. The American people want some one with common sense. Keep up the good work Sara Palin."

David Grzanka writes: "Palin's interview keeps on referring to God, as if she was saying 'I strive for world peace' in a Miss America contest. How? She says that she will be doing God's will. Come on! She is the biggest joke this nation has ever seen in politics."

Dave writes: "Why is Sarah Palin being attcked for not pronouncing words correctly, but Obama isn't for being an admitted friend of a man that once bombed our Pentagon?"

Norm writes: "You people are pathetic."

John writes:  Sarah is what America needs more than ever, she represents REAL change!"

Nicky writes: [Your interview with Palin] "was a hoot! I'm glad I found it. It might be better than the real ones!"

Connie writes: "If our 19 & 20 year olds are old enough to go fight a war or even die fighting for our country why can't they buy a bottle of beer when they come home on leave or before they go off to war?"

Bernard writes: "When and where did Newt Gingrich say anything about Sarah Palin?"
